What happens in Viburnam, stays in Viburnam

I remember the first time I went to Viburnam, Missouri. At first I was overcome with the shear decadence of it all. It was difficult to take in at once. I felt like I was doing the Charlston with William Randolph and trading stocks with Gates and Jobs all at the same time. Viburnam is going to host the next World Cup also. They are currently building a record 39 soccer stadiums in a square mile area. Such a feat has never even been contemplated. But that's why they say Viburnam is the world center for Civic Engineering.
